The home was the perfect size for us and our family to enjoy our Thanksgiving Holiday with our grown children. Only complaint I would have is the kitchen being upstairs and having to pack all our groceries up those stairs. We had some older adults and it was difficult to maneuver. Also, never could get the couch to recline at all. We plugged in the power and tried all the buttons, but nothing worked. That would have been nice to have.

The house had plenty of space and furniture and beds were super comfortable.
The kitchen was very large and had everything we needed.
Hot tub, pool table and bicycles provided lots of fun things to do.

This awesome house was a last-minute substitute by Arrived Customer Service, due to a needed repair on our original home choice, and we were thrilled with 11 Tournament's great large group accommodations. Two families with young children and us (the grandparents), all had their own sleeping space and bathrooms; kids loved bunk beds and parents had very comfortable king beds. There's even a stroller, high chair, booster seat and 'pack & play bed' for little ones. Its main living/dining/kitchen is upstairs, along with a master bed/bath and laundry. (Guests must be able to climb stairs). 11 Tournament has everything a large group needs in the kitchen. The home was very clean. We had a gorgeous view of the snow-covered golf course, through a wall of windows, and a gas fireplace added great ambiance. Relaxation:pool table, ping pong, games, DVD's, hot tub. This house was perfect. We all definitely recommend it.

We originally booked a totally different home however last minute it became unavailable. The ladies at Arrived were very helpful in finding another house for us. 11 Tournament was full of lots of great amenities. Perfect for a family gathering. We would rent it again.

Beautiful home! Great set up for our family and the deck to watch the sunset was great. I think the fridge downstairs doesn't get drinks too cold. And the freeze alarm kept going off. The battery for the AC is low upstairs, as well.

The house was not quite as big as expected, but was enough for our family. The beds were comfortable. The kids loved the bunk beds. We were there during the winter months so didn't spend too much time outside. The bikes in the garage could use some good maintenance as a couple were unusable. The cooking pans also need replaced. Our overall experience was fine and would book again in the future.

This home has it all…almost. I would have given 5 stars but we never had WiFi during our stay. Tried everything that was recommended and it still never worked. Unfortunately we had college and high school students needing to do homework so it really was an issue. Otherwise it is a beautiful and well-stocked home.

Beautiful home, amazing kitchen. Master bedroom upstairs, all others down stairs. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Outdoor upstairs patio setup was great for our 11 person party. Plenty of space to be a group, or separate into smaller groups with our own spaces. Easy check-in and checkout. We handled dishes and trash, they handled the rest.

This home was perfect for 3 families with a bunk room for the kids and extra space for everyone. The view of the golf course is great and the covered area for the hot tub was really nice. The home has plenty of bikes and a garage full of other fun things like games, basketballs, helmets, etc. The kitchen is huge and well stocked. It is, however, quite far from The Village and SHARC. We like to walk or ride our bikes as much as possible but this home was a little far for that.

Family summer gathering

The house had all the space we needed for our 3 daughters and their families. The bicycles were used often, along with the walking trails. The insulation helped with the noise level of the 6 children, allowing for sleep and naps. Quiet location despite the 5:30am lawnmower on the golf course. Only change would be to provide kleenex in each bathroom. Hope to stay again at 11 Tournament.

The house was perfect for a family getaway. It was stocked with everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We had a great time laughing at our lack of pool and ping pong skills. All the different bikes were a plus and if you have a toddler the house was equipped with a lot of the necessities so you don't have to pack everything. The house was beautiful and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

The home was beautiful, and equipped with everything that nine women gathering for a family reunion could possibly need. We borrowed the bikes, and there was plenty of space in the house for us all to spread out in complete comfort. When a smoke detector started chirping, we texted, and a maintenance man appeared in 10 minutes! Great service!

This house fit our family great! The large living spaces let us all hang out together without ever feeling cramped. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was amazing! The 2 dishwashers, huge gas stove and wonderful counter spaces made making Christmas goodies and preparing meals for our large family a breeze. This was a wonderful home to have our early Christmas celebration in.

Look no further. This home has all the amenities for a great family vacation. They thought of everything needed to make a group stay as comfortable and enjoyable as can be. Easy check in and check out was a plus. The pool table, table tennis, and games kept our family of 12 entertained while off the ski slopes. We stayed in this house for a retreat with our friends who have not been together in many years. It was so nice. The house was awesome and we would all stay here again. Kitchen was great with plenty of room for everyone to cook and open to living room. We loved the special stay 3 nights get 4th night free. The staff was great. We had 4 families (8 adults and 5 kids) stay over President's Day weekend. The house was fully stocked and had lots of room for everyone. We especially appreciated that there were 2 dishwashers and 2 sinks, we did a lot of cooking and it made cleaning up really easy. We rode bikes, played games and had a blast. We're considering booking again for next year because this house fit perfectly for our needs!

We are pretty picky renters; in the 30 years we have been going to Sun River, it's the only house we have rented twice. The house is located on the North golf course with spacious decks and plenty of deck furniture to enjoy the views. The kitchen is a cook's dream with 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, 2 sinks and huge gas range. The beds all have new, comfortable mattresses and the great room is tastefully furnished with enough furniture to seat a crowd. The house is rented through Sun River Pines Vacation Homes and they are efficient, extremely pleasant and accommodating. We are looking forward to renting this house in the future!

We found everything we needed for a fun family vacation. The kitchen is stocked with all the utensils, pots, dishes, etc you could ever need. 4 of our grandkids slept in the bunk bed room and 3 infants in cribs. The water park is amazing. There are 10 bikes in the garage (although one had a flat). The bike paths are entirely separate from the roads. The hot tub is very nice and private. Would definitely do it again. Our only suggestion would be to provide a couple of smaller bikes for 7 to 10 year olds, all of the bikes were full sized.

This house is big and beautiful. There was plenty of room for my family to move about and not be in each others way. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook big dinners and the two dish washers helped make the cleaning process faster. My family, the majority from out-of-state, enjoyed the house very much for our recent gathering. It was well equipped to enjoy the trappings of Sunriver, with on-site ping pong and pool tables, bikes and SHARC passes. The location itself was nicely located next to the golf course and close to the trail leading to Benham Falls. Also the smaller north pool was a short walk away. The kitchen and dining area lended itself to gathering and visiting over breakfast; the upstairs deck overlooking the greens and within pleasant earshot of the small water feature made it easy to relax during downtimes. Having the two shared bathrooms where most of the guests would stay made for a little bit of a crowd in the morning and before bed. However there is a common full bathroom upstairs aside from the master bath that people used. A suggestion I have would be to have better lighting for the two smaller rooms downstairs with queen beds. The kitchen is nice and large for prepping and cooking meals; with so many cabinets though I found myself searching for items "I knew I had seen somewhere". Definitely a first-world problem- All in all happy to have found this home and glad Jennifer allowed my family to rent it from her- would definitely rent again.

Loved the house and location. It was perfect for our large family of 12. We really enjoyed staying there and will definitely stay again. Lots of bicycles and SHARC passes. Management was quick to bring a couple of batteries for the remote and bike locks.

From the time we walked into the spacious entryway until we left, our extended family thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful, comfortable home. The kitchen was HUGE and fully stocked with everything we needed. The King size beds were great and there were plenty of bathrooms for all. Two living spaces made it so we could all get along, even though it rained the whole time we were there. We will definitely be coming back to this amazing place!

The house was the perfect size for 6 adults and 6 children(4-13 yrs).
Wouldn't recommend this house if you have trouble with stairs.
Everything was clean and comfortable.We actually would have liked some 409 or Windex for clean up between meals,though. The kitchen was expansive, plenty of room for everyone to help prepare some fun, family meals.The beds were very comfortable.But the back bedroom was extremely cold. We think maybe a collapsed heat duct because the entire rest of the house was warm. We really needed instructions to operate Netflix on TV,if that was available. And instructions for the washer & dryer for more efficiency. We thoroughly enjoyed the bikes and the pool table.We did wish there were bikes for smaller children.We actually purchased a bike for our grandson, so he could ride along.So I would recommend if someone has smaller children, bring your own bikes. Otherwise a large supply of adult bikes was great. We would definitely come back if ever in Oregon,again.

We absolutely loved everything about this house! From the price to the the huge kitchen and accomidating rooms! Having the golf course in the back was also nice since the kids got to play out in the snow back there. We were never bored between hot tub, pool and ping pong. Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay. House is very bright and open with views of the golf course. Well stocked and comfortable. Nice functioning bikes and a nice touch to have an infant carrier mounted on one and a adult/child tandem bike. I have one incredibly small critique: the entrance to the stairway on the top and bottom is too wide for the baby gate provided. We have a toddler that loves the stairs so we spent quite a bit of the weekend chasing her as she booked it for the stairs. If they wanted to go above and beyond, provide gates that block the stairs.

This home was the setting of our recent family vacation. The accommodations were better than expected and the property was so fun in all that deep snow. This was the perfect home to house and host our family reunion. It is a beautifully appointed and maintained house. We had a total of 19 people with 10 staying here - great well equipped kitchen, lots of bikes, a pool table and the wonderful deck with table seating for 12 made for a terrific four days. Certainly one of the best rentals we have ever had, and we would certainly rent it again if we return. Thanks Jennifer for the easy rental/check-in/check-out process.

I stayed in this beautiful home with five girlfriends on a golf trip. This home is spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen is VERY well stocked. Our original plan was to eat our dinners in the local restaurants, but we changed our plans and cooked at the house three of the five nights because we were just so comfortable at the house and wanted to stay in.
The beds were comfortable, checkin and checkout were super easy and there was a very small to do list when we left - take out garbage, put towels in the washer and make sure all doors were locked.
We had one minor issue with the oven - there is a sequence to follow. We called Jennifer at 7:00 in the evening, she answered the phone and she explained what we needed to do. The fact that she was so available was a major plus in my opinion.
Highly recommend this house. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We had 4 families stay for a week at 11 Tournament. Our ages ranged from 1-72. Every one of us thought the house was really great. We loved the spacious kitchen, large common areas and comfortable beds. The house had a very warm and inviting feel. We cannot wait to come back next year!
