This home was just perfect for our getaway with friends. The house was amazing, clean, spacious and had everything you could possibly need. The Sunriver village provided many options for dinner and shopping. Although the home is located in a large development it's location in the development is perfect, tucked away on a dead end road, your own piece of relaxation! We had regular visits from deer friends to highlight the trip. We would definitely recommend this property for a visit to Sunriver/Bend.

My family gathered here for a bit of a reunion and it worked out really well for us. The one story layout and the large gathering areas were wonderful. The home had the amenities we had hoped for. Great stay!

House was very clean. Kitchen was the best stocked for dishes, silverware, utensils and cookware of any place we have ever rented. Quiet area. One recommendation would be to p a small shelf in the master bedroom shower to hold soap, shampoo, etc. We would definitely recommend this property and would be happy to stay here again.

The house was perfect for us, the kitchen was awesome, it had everything and the appliances were top notch. The house was spacious and cozy. The jacuzzi was just right after a day at Mt Bachelors. I will definitely stay again.

This home was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Quiet location near Fort Rock Park and close to bike path. A question we had was answered quickly; seems like a very efficient operation. We hope to return sometime in the future.

This home was very clean, kept very nicely. It had a great kitchen space for cooking, the beds were very comfortable with cozy liens. The hot tub was a perfect ending to a couple long hikes/snowshoeing outings. During one of the times in the hot tub we did have some unexpected mask visitors going under the door to check out the trash can closet. They were cute! 🦝

Loved Our Stay

This was our first, but not last, visit to Sunriver. 10 Tan Oak was a perfect layout and location for our three generations of family. Our 8 year old granddaughter loved her bunkbeds room and her parents were right across the hall from her. Each room had its own bathroom. Grandma and Grandpa were on the other side of the home, with our own bathroom. The beds were comfortable for all. The kitchen was well-stocked and the hot tub was enjoyed every evening. The use of the TV was an issue for us. I think upgraded instructions are needed. We did reach out to management and were pleased with the timeliness of their response.

Wonderful home, perfect location and so spacious. We typically don’t cook much when we are traveling, but here, the kitchen was so well stocked, we were able to enjoy quite a few family meals without missing a thing. My husband appreciated having the extra spices and all things necessary to barbecue! The morning breakfast out on the deck was the quintessential Sun River experience — the highlight was having deer grazing nearby. It is apparent that someone put thought into all the little details to make the stay comfortable and convenient . All the appliances were top notch… washer/dryer with laundry pods, double oven….even the ice maker was able to keep up with us all filling up our water bottles. Good coffee beans, grinder and filters conveniently placed was just another extra that allowed us to ease into the day without having to drive to a coffee shop.

We loved our stay at 10 TN Oak! Two adults and two teen agers had so much room to spread out - the house feels much larger than it appears in the photos. Daily deer visits in the yard, the peaceful patio, the convenient location - everything was great! Thanks for a lovely week.

I had an excellent stay at 10 Tan Oak from 5-17 thru 5-22... a couple of things though; microwave lights not working & the automatic lock quit working consistently for brief stint on the last day of my stay... a bit annoying. Besides that everything was fine I would stay here again.

This house is living the dream, it is clean and full of everything you could need from the kitchen to the garage. Very cozy and comfortable, perfect for resting AND entertaining. The beds and pillows are the definition of firm, you'll be grateful for the on site hot tub. We would highly recommend and rent again.

Everything was amazing however the only thing that would have made it 100% was that the shower not working properly the shower head was not working so had to take baths instead of showers. But bc there wasn't that many people it didn't seem to be that bad. Had it been a full house with 8 people it would have been a problem. Other than that it was great and beautiful house. Thank you so much!

Great Sunriver Rental

Well appointed rental home with plenty of extras you don't usually see. Plenty of dishes, towels, linens, and well appointed. Simple things like sugar, spices, and plenty of kitchen essentials. Hot tub worked great, and my wife enjoyed the big soaking tub in the master bath. Bikes and some sports gear were a nice touch. My family really enjoyed the stay even if it was off-season for Sunriver. We'll very likely be back to this rental if available next time.

Open layout, clean, well-stocked, cozy and quiet. Close to the golf course for XC Skiing and sledding/playing in the snow. Rooms were well situated, good for one family, or even two if you put all the kids in the bunkroom. Large, open garage was nice for staging winter gear and loading/unloading. Kitchen well stocked with what you need, and space for your own stuff, not just a random assortment like you get with other places. Heated kitchen floor was cozy, too.

The home was fantastic. It was clean, well stocked, comfortable, and everything worked as expected. The beds and furniture were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare several large meals. We loved having the SHARC passes and used the pool there several times. Our kids loved how easy it was to get to the bike paths and Fort Rock Park/playground. We will definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at 10 tan oak with our kids for our annual ski trip to Mt. Bachelor! House was cozy and welcoming and the double bunk bed room was perfect for our 5 girls to share:) Hot tub was all ready for us when we got there. We would definitely come back!

The kitchen is stocked & fully loaded! The carpet throughout gives this home a lot of extra space. We were sprawled on the floor in front of the fire at night. Hot tub, washer dryer, 3 bathrooms & cul de sac made this perfect for kids. I would stay here again, except we were in the master bedroom & we found the mattress too firm compared to our tempur pedic. LIGHT SLEEPERS BRING YOUR OWN FAN :We couldn't get comfy at all & had a hard time sleeping. There also was no fan on premises & we need it for white noise. Otherwise it was a 5 star, maybe 6!

This is our second time at this property. It is clean and has everything for comfort and relaxation. The kitchen is well appointed. We like going in the fall because the Sunriver area is so quiet at this time of year. Excellent property!

We had a delightful time at your home on Tan Oak. The house was spotless, very well located within Sun River, close to the Sharc and exiting sun river. Your deck is wonderful, however I would recommend some path lighting to the hot tub, it is very dark at night in that corner of the deck. Your home decor is lovely, the amenities are great and kitchen well stocked, however better fry pans would be a plus. Beds were very comfortable which is a must in our list of necessities. We will definitely rent this house whenever we are in Sun River.

Beautiful Sunriver home, close to the village. Fully stocked kitchen and laundry. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Not updated (laminate counters, lots of carpet, etc), but well maintained with newer furniture & bedding. Hot tub very clean, enclosed/fenced, located along with the side of the house. Deer hang out in the backyard daily, beautiful! We will be back!
