The kitchen was amply stocked and the house's layout worked very well for our group with all that Sunriver and Bend has to offer just a few mins away.

"56540 Sunstone Loop, Caldera Springs May 26 – 29, 2023 Overall rating 5/5 Perfect home for our multi-family vacation. It is close to Sunriver Village, but just far enough away for extra peacefulness. It was great to not have any street traffic when our kids were riding their bikes. The home is immaculate! Very clean and everything works. The bunk room was perfect for the kids. Lots of spices in the cupboard, cooking utensils and everything else needed when cooking and/or grilling. We loved the fire pit and hot tub! Great home! Highly recommend!

"Sep 28 - Sep 30, 2022 56540 Sunstone Loop in Caldera Springs Overall rating 5/5 The house was beautiful and absolutely spotless. We have stayed at Caldera Springs before but this house was our favorite. We are just a couple looking to get away for the midweek last minute so this place popped up for us. The house is plenty big for a large family or a couple of families. It has everything you need and is a 5 minute or less drive to Sunriver. The best part was that we decided we wanted to extend our stay for one night with only about 20 minutes before checkout. I called Cascara and found that the home was available that night and they took care of the process for me in no time. I can't stress enough how accommodating and helpful the lady on the phone with Cascara was. My wife and I stay at quite a few Airbnb's and Vrbo's and this was one of the best experiences we've had. It was the most relaxing three nights we've had in awhile and I would never hesitate to stay at any of Cascara's properties. "The location is perfect; right outside sunriver and less than 5 minutes to the sunriver marketplace. Cascara resort was beautiful and has so many of the same amenities as sunriver but in a much smaller scale. When we visited it was too cold to swim in the pool or paddle board on the lake but hope to do that in the future. The house was beautiful and private. Inside was decorated nice and had a homey feel. The backyard was pretty and we loved using the hot tub and fire pit.

"We loved our stay! The employees at Cascara Vacation Rentals were helpful and friendly and provided lots of great information. It was a comfortable, lovely home and we would definitely stay again. One detail to be aware of - VRBO/HomeAway now charges a very hidden fee to book online with them. We were unaware of this fee when booking the property and all of a sudden received about a $150 charge from HomeAway about a week after booking. No where on their site could I find information about this fee and was extremely dissatisfied with VRBO/HomeAway's customer service and response. That was the only down side to this entire trip. We loved the home, we loved Cascara Vacation Rentals, but we were extremely disappointed in the way VRBO/HomeAway chose to hide this new service fee which is a percentage of the cost of your booking. Buyer beware on that aspect!! Just call Cascara directly to book and save your $150, VRBO/HomeAway will never get my business again!

"We really liked the house but we LOVED the back yard and fire pit! It was clean, furnished nicely and had everything we could need. Close to the pool as well. The only bummer is this house does not include the golf, bikes and water sports on the lake that our rental last year did.
