5 Vine Maple Lane is located on the 11th Fairway of the Woodlands Golf Course. One of our favorite Sunriver house rentals, this home comes with all of the luxurious amenities expected in a well appointed home.

Our elegant home has room for the extended family with 6 bedrooms and 5.5 baths.
The indoor and outdoor living, theater/family room, plus the comforts of a Gourmet Kitchen with seating for 10 guests at the dining room table as well as a folding table and chairs, also there is a gas fireplace and hot tub to create the ideal package for your Sunriver vacation experience.
The home is 2-story. The kitchen, dining area, living room and 3 King Master Suites are located on the main level. Upstairs are 3 more bedrooms. A Queen Suite, a King Family suite with King bed plus 2 bunk sets (1 King and 4 twins total), and a bedroom with 2 twins that share a Jack and Jill Bathroom with the King Family Suite.
The back patio has a private hot tub, comfortable furniture, a gas BBQ, and a view of the golf course.
5 Vine Maple has an amazingly stocked kitchen with everything you will need to prepare meals.

The home has an attached garage filled with 10 adult bikes, 1 kids bike, a 2 child burley bike trailer and ping pong table (please bring your helmets)
There is a laundry room with double washer/dryers.
A portable crib and portable high chair are in the home for families with small children.

Pets not accepted.

"This is a wonderful home that housed our whole family. Very comfortable and very clean when we arrived. East access to Hwy 97. Two dishwashers in the kitchen was a big bomus. Thank you.

Family Reunion in Sunriver

"This is a great home for a large group. The location is great. It was wonderful to have the back patio on the golf course. We ate outside every evening and played on the golf course (which wasn't busy) and the people were very friendly. Having two fridges, double ovens and two washers and dryers is a bonus. Each king and queen bedroom has its own bath, perfect for large groups. We had a few minor issues with the property and Arrived was very responsive and had great follow thru. I would definitely recommend this house for future vacations. .

Great Location & Lots of Room in Sunriver

"We try to get to Sunriver at least once a year to relax and visit family. Really enjoyed the room for everyone to have their own space. Great location and everything you need...lots of bikes, a bike trailer, hot tub, rec center passes, double washer and dryer, etc. Highly recommend this property.

Extra large, gorgeous house in Sunriver -- sleeps 16

"This was our first experience with ArrivedNow and we have nothing to say but glowing compliments. Fantastic house on the golf course, HUGE kitchen to prep and serve, a table that seats 10, 19 bikes in the garage, ping pong, gaming, theater room and every room felt like a suite. Will definitely consider coming back to this property next time we have a large group. Thank you for such an awesome stay! And, Justeena was fantastic!

wonderful house for girls' weekend

"Seven of us stayed in this beautiful house for a long weekend. It was ideal! The kitchen/dining/living room is warm and perfect for everyone to gather. The bedrooms downstairs and up gave us room to spread out. We used the fireplace, the hot tub and the bikes. This house set a high standard for our girls' weekend in 2022!

Great Group Stay

"We had 5 couples, this place was perfect for all of us. We loved it and have a really great time. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! We did have one issue, the garbage had not been removed from the trash bin room from the prior visitors. It was full, we had not choice but to add all our garbage to the room. The bins were completely full already. Did not affect our stay at all, just feel bad for the cleaning service.

Great House

"This was a beautiful home that fit our family of 11 ranging in age from 14 to 70. Kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything you could need. House was in a great location for us and we loved being on the patio watching the golfers. We have been coming to Sunriver for 17 years and this house was the best. Would definitely rent again.

House was excellent, management didn't fix hot water leak

"The house was fabulous and was full of great amenities. It was excellent. We believe the managaement company was lax in their handling the plumbing leak under the kitchen sink. Granted we reported the leak noonish on July 4th when we arrived home from swimming. However no-one came on the 4th and someone came on the 5th and but did not fix it. We left on the 6th so do not know how it was fixed.

Wonderful Home

"We had a great time & loved the home. Everyone enjoyed themselves & want to come back. The doorknob on the very 1st bedroom needs to be fixed. It looks like it is ready to fall off. Did not have the tools to fix it or we would have taken care of it. Thank you for this opportunity to stay in this home.

Perfect house for a large group

"This home is perfect for accommodating large groups. Our group was 5 adult couples. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The house is large enough that we didn't feel like you were on top of each other. The house needs to be deep cleaned. There is so much dust on things that haven't been cleaned in quite some time. The pillows were very uncomfortable; everyone commented about the "cheap" pillows. There weren't enough towels and the towels smelled moldy. We washed all the towels when we got there with vinegar and baking soda and it helped. We did appreciate the prompt attention we received with the replacement light bulb and the freezer ice maker. There needs to be some explanation about where the outside garbage cans are located.

Smiles Abound Here!

"This home offered everything we could have asked for. Plenty of room for our 4 kids and their families to join us on a family vacation. Layout allowed us space to all be together, yet have individual bedrooms and bathrooms for our own space. Well equipped kitchen and lots of patio seating had us enjoying several family meals together. The golf course out back offered a beautiful green back drop and we enjoyed watching the golfers go by. We will definitely keep this property in our “visit again” folder!

Everything we needed!

"We were a large group of 11 at a conference. We did not want to stay in 6 hotels rooms so we decided to rent this home and are we sure glad that we did. It was very spacious. We had no problem with space when everyone was in the same room and it was so nice to have places to go to get away. Everything that we needed was right there and it was so nice to have 2 dishwashers! Thank you for the place to stay!

"Our stay at 5 Vine Maple exceeded our expectations. The house was beautiful, well equipped with everything we needed. We had a group of 14 (4 families) and everyone was totally comfortable. The bikes were perfect and we all enjoyed riding and exploring the beautiful country. We dream of returning to beautiful 5 Vine Maple and Sun River. "14 of us stayed in this amazing home for our family reunion. Everyone was so pleased with the house! The bedrooms were all decorated with a fun theme, the beds were very comfortable, and having so many bathrooms made it wonderful for such a large group. The kitchen was stocked with top of the line cookware and every utensil you could want! The entire home is absolutely beautiful and top quality throughout! We will definitely come back here again. "We had 10 people stay at this home; 7 adults, 3 kids. The house was perfectly set up for a large group. The kitchen, dining & living rooms were large and never felt crowded. The bedrooms were spread out and felt like each person had their own private quarters. Also, the house was equipped with EVERYTHING anyone could have needed. Great home. We will probably be back.

Perfect for our extended family

"Just the right amount of bedrooms. Tons of supplies in the kitchen. So if you think you need to take some type of tool you can assume that it's not necessary. I love the large table that sat all the adults & a couple of kids. The others sat at the bar close by. Decor was very well done. Beds were comfortable. When we had problems with the refrigerator, the property managers were prompt in dealing with the issue. We could text, email or call and there was always a quick response.
