Perfect multigenerational home.

We rented this for Spring Break 4 kids 3 grandparents and 4 adults. The house has stairs but it was doable even for my MIL who often uses a cane. The pool table is in good shape, even by my dad’s standards but not so nice I was afraid to let my youngest take lessons from dad, papa and uncle. The 3 teenagers loved going for bike rides, swimming and coming home to snack before settling in for the night playing pool with the adults and even learning how to play poker. There were also a lot of board games which aren’t pictured. The hot tub was warm and was my MIL’s favorite. My favorite was the kitchen, well stocked with supplies, for sure more than the bare minimum. The pillows are amazing! Neighbors are a little close but it was still quiet. Also my youngest loved how close the park was, less than 5 minutes walking. It was a great trip and the host communicated well. Everyone is already planning our next trip back there because there was something for everyone!

Convenient location! Paddle boarding in local lakes, and river- close to Mountain bike trails- we tried some blue trails and they were awesome! Close enough to Bend to enjoy some shopping and eating there when we wanted.

This was a great place. so much room for all of us. great, quiet neighborhood. the house itself was way better than we expected. everything we needed and more. we went to snowboard/ski for the week and it was perfect. the hot tub was awesome to relax in after a day of skiing. we really appreciated the cleanliness of the hotub. definitely recommend and will be back.

We loved this home and had such a great stay. We have been renting a different home every year in Sunriver for the past 10 years and this home is our favorite home. It is clean and immaculate for one, had plenty of space for everyone, is in an ideal location central to everything in Sunriver and it is so well stocked. We love the vintage Sunriver feel of original Sunriver homes and this home had that, but it is well kept up. We appreciated the bikes, the pool table and card table and used the deck every day. Thanks so much for a great stay.

A wonderful, well equipped and open home. Perfect for large groups. We loved cooking meals and eating at the dining table or out on the patio. The hot tub room is inside, which means less ventilation but it was still great. We will come back!

The house was perfect for our family. It was our first time in Sunriver and location was great to get to Mt Bachelor each morning. There were a few small issues but we were able to text and they came and fixed the fireplace right away. Perfect getaway, thank you!

This house is in a fabulous location in Sunriver, a short walk from Ft. Rock Park. The layout is also great - separate spaces for kids and families to spend time together and apart. Nice spacious bedrooms and a lovely deck. However, there are a couple things that make this house not a five-star rental. First, the air conditioning in the house is terrible - we got lucky and stayed a weekend where highs were in the 70s and were still unable to really cool off the house. We opened windows, had fans, cranked the AC, but it didn't cool off during the day. For most Sunriver summer days, I think you would be miserably hot. Secondly, the house needs a bit of updating for the price - the dishwasher is original to the house (probably 20+ years old?) and doesn't clean dishes properly, the oven is quite small, some of the kitchen tools were outdated, the master bedroom needs some more lamps and light, the bikes were a little janky. Easy things to fix. So all in all, a fine house (for cool weather!) - with a little TLC it could be amazing.

It was just perfect for our needs. We have rented this place before and the hot tub room leaked then and then to see that it stills leaks was frustrating. Also, we couldn't get in until after 4pm that seems unrealistic to enjoy the 'day'. Understand finding help is difficult and you did make the house available a little earlier but we still couldn't truly enjoy the experience by waiting to get in. Yet, being charged for a 'day' doesn't seem reasonable. But overall, we had a great time.
