We had a great weekend at the 3 Tumalo house. It was such a quiet location and we loved the easy bike ride to the village and to the river. We didn't make it to SHARC as we didn't have any kids on the trip and mainly stayed around the house doing puzzles and cooking and watching some movies. Great company at a great location. House was clean and well stocked. Thank you!

We had the best time at 3 Tumalo Lane! This place has everything - tons of TVs and DVDs, adult cruiser bikes, very comfy beds. The location was quiet and peaceful, and we appreciated the proximity to the river. The hot tub was perfect, and ping pong in the garage was a bonus. We stayed here as a family of four with two grandparents, and the layout allowed for the grandparents to have privacy on the main level while our family had space on the upper level. Would absolutely recommend!

Great multi-generation Stay

We had a lovely 6 night stay here. The were 6 adults and 3 kids. The main floor suite was perfect for my parents. The very large bunk bed room was a great space for our kids. The kitchen was very well stoked with everything you could possibly need. We cooked every meal of our trip. The extra refrigerator in the garage was helpful for drinks. My parents enjoyed their coffee in the two chairs facing the front window and had views of the deer that would walk right across the way from the front yard. Great location in the Sunriver area near the nature center. We used the hot tub nightly after mountain biking and exploring the area. We will definitely be back again.

This lovely home in Sunriver is so comfortable, warm, and close to everything. The interior spaces and hot tub are well-maintained and spotless. The beds all very comfortable, and the layout gave our three couples plenty of privacy. Thank you!

Fun Getaway

Well appointed home with everything you need for family fun! The Kitchen was well stocked(maybe add a couple of non stick skillets:) 6 bikes, ping pong, basketball hoop, great deck, and wonderful floor plan! There were plenty of towels, furniture, and comfortable beds. Just a few minor suggestions: 1.Maybe add soap products for refills. 2.The blue gray bike closest to the door to the house has handlebars that are stripped and won't stay up. 3.Would be nice to have a binder with TV instructions since it took us a while to it figure out. All in all we are so happy we stayed at 3 Tumalo Lane. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

A trip to remember

We loved being able to share this house with our friends and family. We cooked, watched shows and relaxed in the hot tub. Was a wonderful time and hope to come back next year.

This was our third trip to Sunriver but the first at this property. Speaking of Sunriver, we were disappointed that the brewery has apparently dropped fish and chips from the menu and the grandkids were unable to swim at SHAC since attendance was limited due to “staffing issues”. But at least the house was great. The physical layout with a master down and the other bedrooms up was perfect for our group. This allowed we grandparents some early morning coffee on the deck time to ourselves. Plenty of room in the kitchen and a comfortable living room. One thing worth mentioning… unless the owner would provide one, bring along a coated frying pan but otherwise the kitchen is well supplied. We'll schedule next year as soon as we can decide on the dates.

We loved our stay in this home. It has a spacious living area and wonderful deck with a green lawn. Perfect for kids. The beds we very comfy, and the home came with bikes, ping pong and pickleball paddles. We also enjoyed the hot tub. Highly recommend this home for your family vacation!

We enjoyed our stay and would return. The house was fully furnished with everything you need with nice quality furnishings. Bikes were in great shape, BBQ was in great shape. Hot tub was clean. Check everything when you leave. We left a new Ninja blender by accident, so now the house should have a good blender too.

Great Spring Break Home!

The house was exactly like pictured! Great location, kids loved jumping on the bike and riding to the village, pool, etc. Hot tub was nice and hot! Beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. Close enough to Bend to enjoy but far enough away for peace and quiet. We had two family units and it was great!

This place has it all. We have a large family and this could accommodate 12. It's an absolutely beautiful home with a gas fireplace and the kitchen is designed well so a few people can cook at a time. We loved having the access to bikes to ride the trails. And of course the hot tub!

Really enjoyed our winter stay with the wood fireplace and modern hot tub. Very spacious home with basically 2 master bedrooms, a normal bedroom, and a 'kids' room with double bunks and a window bed. Great location close to the Observatory, the walking trail is right in the backyard. Nice amenities like cruiser bikes, ping pong and SHARC passes. Would love to stay again in the summer to experience it in warm weather.

Would have liked another day to enjoy the bikes and ping=pong tables. Great House! Two families stayed with a total of five kids. The dual master bedrooms were very nice and identical in every way. The master closets were perfect for tucking a pack-n-play into for a bit more privacy from baby. Kitchen/family room were plenty big for the nine of us and we enjoyed the dual layout with a living room upstairs for a little separation from kids. The beds were all very comfortable and you can tell the owners work very hard to keep a clean and comfortable home for guests. There was a sugar ant problem that we noticed right away in kitchen/half bathroom but it's unavoidable this time of year. Only mentioning for owners to be aware and correct the issue. Overall we had a great three night stay and would stay here again! Thank you 3 Tumalo for some great memories!

Wow! We love the house at 3 Tumalo!!! This is beautiful open floor plan with 4 bed rooms! The kitchen is well stocked with dishes flat wear and cooking supplies! We will be back!!!

Perfect Sunriver get away!

This house is the perfect house for your Sunriver vacation. We have been coming to Sunriver for 20 years and this by far is our favorite house and location. You are a five minute bike ride in any direction to the stables, river, park, mall, etc. The house comes with everything you need to just show up and relax. It is a well laid out house, the beds are nice and comfortable, sleeps lots of people and you can even bring your furry friend. The house has tons of movies and games in case it is a rainy day. Nice quality bikes, which is important, and everything you need in the kitchen. We will definitely rent this house again! 5 out of 5 stars for sure!

The space was perfect for the 10 of us. We had an amazing time and got a lot of use out of the ping pong table and hot tub! House was clean and well stocked with towels and blankets. The living room/kitchen was great. We had ample space to cook while still being able to see and hangout with everyone in the living room.

We arrived to find a house that was better than the pictures listed. We have been renting a place in Sunriver for the past 24 years and this Home was a favorite. The location is great, the rooms are clean and spacious and the the living room and kitchen are nice and open for enjoying family. I would highly recommend this house.

Good location and accurate descriptions overall. The bicycles were a nice touch (especially for the kids). Internet was decent and the beds were very comfortable with high quality linens. The kitchen was well equipped and the local grocery stocked everything we needed. Our family had a nice time.

3 Tumalo was the perfect getaway for our snowboarding trip to Mt Bachelor. The house had everything we needed for the stay and it slept 12 people very comfortably. The check in and check out was so easy and the communication process was very customer friendly. All the activities included in the house kept everyone busy and we wish we stayed longer to really experience everything Sunriver has to offer. I would recommend this house and vacation rental company to anyone and everyone!

Excellent Home in Excellent Location

This is a great home. It was plenty spacious enough for 10-12 people, and had everything we needed from the kitchen to the hot tub to the a/c. The entertainment extras were great as well (nice TVs, pingpong, movies, games etc.) It was conveniently close to the the village by bike, as well as the sharc. Our little ones could easily bike there because it is almost entirely flat. Fort Rock Park is a little more up hill, but still very close. The bikes are mostly single gear cruisers, so we brought our own. I would highly recommend this home and we will try and rent it again in the future.
