Beautiful, well appointed, peaceful. The property had plenty of room for my family. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings , while still feeling we were close to the sunriver action. The house is close to the main paths around the resort. I prefer this area within the resort bc its so walkable. I was given clear instructions and the booking company texted a few times to check that everything was going well and to ask if we needed anything.

Did a little weekend staycation here from Bend and it was perfect. House is equipped with everything you need, the carpeted living room area was perfect for the little kids to play in and took advantage of the sharc passes as well.

We love staying here! Great location, close to market and brewery as well as great biking paths. Love the view of golfing on the great deck. Kitchen is always well stocked and house is spotless, even though it is dog friendly.

Spring Break Stay

This place had everything we needed for a getaway during Spring Break. It has high end finished throughout the house and it looks and feels remodeled throughout like the pictures showed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Bonus was the kid carrier for the bike, it was nice to be able to bike around two kids in there. We would come back to this place. Only feedback would be to have better TP :), no big deal but everything else was top notch!

Christmas Vacation

Nice roomy home with views from every room. Well equipped, with everything you need. Master bedroom with cozy warm fireplace. Everyone enjoyed the jacuzzi to warm up after a day in the snow. Home very convenient to Sunriver Village & resort. Also, only a 25 minute drive to the snow parks & Mt Bachelor. Very comfortable space for a family vacation, definitely would stay at this home again if vacationing in Sunriver!

Gorgeous home with all of the updated amenities. We loved our stay and were very comfortable. It was nice and quiet and we enjoyed watching all of the golfers pass by. So much fun. The only thing I would change is the mattress in the master bedroom. It's really hard. But other than that, excellent Sunriver home!!!!!

Clean, comfortable, nicely appointed home with good quality furnishings. Lovely location on the 16th fairway of Meadows golfcourse, was quiet and peaceful. We used the master bedroom downstairs and it was spacious with a very firm mattress. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

We hadn’t stayed at SunRiver before so didn’t understand the lay of the land and so were very lucky with 3 Spyglass. It’s on a cul de sac on the golf course and sits further out than the neighboring house so is more private if you don’t mind golfers (which we don’t). It is very close to the Village and SHARC and the trails to the Nature Center, marina and stables. It has a great deck and upstairs living area with two separate living areas, full bath, nice kitchen and dining area. The bedrooms are all downstairs which we hadn’t realized. It was a negative for us because my husband had just had a knee replacement so it was a lot of up and down. It’s a split level with a guest room on the entry landing. They go upstairs for a bathroom. Three bedrooms downstairs with nice sized master and en-suite, a second bath, bunk room and double bedroom. We felt badly for two different guests using that room because it is tiny with no dresser or anywhere to put clothes but a tiny closet. Probably would be fine for kids. Quite dark in the downstairs. Even during the day if you don’t have lights on, you could run into a wall or door in the hallway. I feel that if you just view the bedrooms as a place to lay your head at night and the communal areas as highest priority,, you will love this house. The upstairs is really comfortable and updated and the deck wraps around the whole front and one side of the house. We were traveling with two dogs and they spent a lot of time on the deck.

We had a ladies getaway at this location. Easy to find, plenty of parking. The kitchen was fantastic! It had everything that you could possibly need and then some. We enjoyed having two separate areas to chat and have coffee with puzzle time; the dining area for games and the other area for snacking and tv time. The BBQ was good to go along with the perfect temperature for the hot tub! I pulled one star because the outdoor seating area was a bit of a mess and could use some TLC. However, the weather is just coming out of winter, so I am assuming it's usually in better shape. The other thing we thought was the lighting in the main area could be brighter (dining/fireplace room). Other than that, we would stay here again.

Spyglass home with welcomed upgrades

Our party of 8 enjoyed our stay at 3 Spyglass. The upgraded kitchen and bathrooms were very nice. The hot tub and Weber BBQ helped keep our family entertained. The deck overlooks one hole of the golf course and is positioned well with the kitchen. The outdoor furniture needs an upgrade but still comfortable enough to nap on. 3 of the 4 bedrooms were downstairs so they kept very cool in the night during the summer. The fourth bedroom was alone on a mid level and kept warmer yet nights are cool so a opening window helps. 1 queen downstairs bedroom is very small with little room to maneuver. This room is under the dining room/kitchen and can hear a lot of upstairs noise, especially sliding chairs. Have someone who sleeps through everything take that room. We loved the location of the house. Very close to the Sharc and the village plus it is on the lower portion of Sunriver so no big hills at the end of our rides. . We had a few things that we had to call Arrived (the rental management company) about and they were helpful.

Great vacation home

Nice large updated home! Had everything we needed for the week. Love that the hot tub is covered and all the deck space. The upper level deck is completely fenced so our dog was able to be loose. Plenty of room for everyone inside and out. Lots of bikes, though some were in rough shape. Overall we had a great trip and would love to stay here again.

This would be our second time at this house. Stayed 3rd week of July 2020, amid the Covid precautions. House was big enough to practice social distancing for those who would like to practice precautions with large deck, large family rooms, eating areas outside. The location is perfect, close to Village, golf, bicycle paths, afternoon shade overlooking the fairway. Kudos to Sunriver for being Covid safe, with face masks indoors, and controlled capacity at pools, tennis courts, golf courses, etc. Thanks to Arrived Now rental company for their help with providing a small appliance on a Sunday morning. We will be back next year.

We have not one complaint about this home. It was extremely clean, spacious, perfect location. Right on the 16th hole! About half a mile from the village. The carpet seemed brand new. Great furniture. Very comfortable beds. Fantastic home for a large group especially with children. The master bedroom is huge, the walking closet is very large and it's a perfect spot to put a kids pack and play, it was like his own special room connected to mine. The driveway and roundabout is flat and private, our kids rode bikes for hours. We will absolutely be back!!

Beautiful Home with Great Deck

This home was perfect for our group of nine adults. The home has been beautifully upgraded throughout with high end appliances, decor, and furniture. We have rented dozens of homes in Sunriver and this was definitely the best stocked home ever (kitchen supplies and seasonings, Keurig coffee cups, laundry supplies, bikes, etc). The deck - with its comfy furniture, view of the golf course, and afternoon/evening shade - was our favorite place to congregate with our morning coffee and happy hour beverages. We enjoyed this house and would definitely rent it again. (One note for groups with older adults - the house has quite a bit of stairs and there is only one bedroom with an en suite.bathroom.)

We had a great family stay at 3 Spyglass — great location on the golf course and close to the mall; good floor plan; very nice accommodations. The only glitch was the dishwasher was not working. We notified the property management and they said they would fix it after our departure. We would definitely stay at this property again.

I was impressed with the Arrived staff's promptness and responsiveness with both the reservation and in taking care of the full garbage bins (too much snow for the Sunriver trash collectors this year!). Other than the beds being too small for two of our taller guests and the lack of a large common area the home was great :-)

Everything was great.My only suggestion is to increase the number of spoons and also to get better pans. Most of the current nonstick ones are not in usable state. Other than that everything was awesome.

Great getaway!

We had a family getaway at the house and enjoyed every minute! All seven adults and three children were able to sleep comfortably and enjoy the great location near the village. After a day of skiing the hot tub felt great and the kids loved playing in the snow on the golf course behind the house. We would definitely rent this property again!

Luxury for 1/2 the price

Our family is hooked on this house! It is updated inside and brand new furniture to lounge around on. It has a brand new spa that fit all 6 of us comfortably. The view of the golf course and how quick it was to zip to the village stores was amazing. It was private enough but near the essentials so that the kids could ride their bikes to the village by themselves. We will be coming back in all seasons to experience this gem for such a great price.

The home has a nice floor plan, especially in the summer months as the deck provides lots of additional living space. The deck furniture was tasteful and provided ample seating for the nine adults in our party. It is situated for sun in the morning and shade in the afternoon. The bedrooms are far enough apart (some on different levels) to give a nice sense of privacy. The three bathrooms are placed to accommodate the bedrooms nicely. With four different families in our party, we felt ample space to retreat for a bit to recharge our energies for all the marvelous activities Sunriver provides! We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at 3 Spyglass Ln. The property management team was very responsive and we appreciated the help we received from Amy. The home backs up to the golf course and was very clean and updated. The kitchen was well stocked with all the supplies we needed for cooking. The two living areas had ample seating and were very comfortable. We really enjoyed the fireplace upstairs in the living area and the fireplace in the master bedroom. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and cozy. The only drawback to the house was the hot tub. It was a large hot tub, but the water was quite murky and we were wondering how long it had been since it was cleaned. I can see how it would be challenging to clean during the winter and maintain. I would give the house 4.5 stars. We had lots of fun and enjoyed our stay.

Spyglass 3 is a fabulous home for one or two families to share. It provides great space to enjoy watching a football game, movies, playing a board game and also offers quiet space to read a book and relax. It meets the needs for everyone. The location is perfect and central to the village, stables and other amenities. I appreciate the well equipped kitchen and found myself cooking most days. The furniture is new and of high quality. We will definitely return!!

The property worked really well for our family... ample sized kitchen for multiple cooks, nice division of space within the house for various activities, close to SHARC and Village. Great ambiance.
