Perfect cozy getaway!

We loved this place. It was the perfect size for our family of 5....and our mini schnauzer who came along! Everything was well stocked. Kitchen was fully equipped. Beds were comfy, fire place was really nice to have on cold mornings. There were a few things that needed attention: The cruiser bikes were awesome-but two of the bikes tubes exploded-one while my son was riding and one while it was sitting in the driveway. One bike had no chain on it-but there were several others to choose from. Thankfully there was a bike shop in the village and they were able to replace the tubes-and Arrived reimbursed our costs. The master shower doesn’t drain well. So after a couple minutes, you’re standing in a couple inches of water. The outside lighting around the house isn’t great. We arrived after dark and couldn’t even see the front porch-no lights outside were on. And we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the outdoor garage light. So taking the dog out at night definitely required a flash light-which they did provide, so that was appreciated. Wasn’t there most welcoming or inviting first impression from the outside. Once inside-we felt cozy and safe. There is a car in the garage. That was unexpected-and freaked me out at first when walking in there. It is mentioned that you can park in the garage, but no mention of there being a car already there on the property. That felt odd. The microwave door button is faulty-you have to kind of pry it open. We figured it out, but it’s a little tricky. Some of the dishes in the cabinets were wet, and some still have crusted food on them. Again, livable-but unexpected. The hot tub wasn’t heating up after a couple days it only stayed at 94°. Thankfully we called the number listed for the hot tub service and they came and fixed it very quickly. Lastly-the extra toilet paper was stored in the kitchen. Random place to store it-and not where you’d necessarily look. But now you know ;) Overall, we loved our stay. The price was right, the place was clean and cozy. Kids loved the bunk beds and the hot tub was a hit. A few of the areas need some attention, but not deal breakers. We will be back!!! We loved making some fun family memories here. Thank you!

Beautiful property in a quiet woodsy neighborhood close to the Village and all the fabulous shopping and restaurants there. Loved the hot tub, bbq, and fireplace! Comfortable beds, plenty of seating in living room and dining room. Spent the warm afternoons sitting in the Adirondack chairs on the patio reading. What a lovely vacation spot!

I would like to return to 3 Kildeer for another visit. It was exceptionally clean and welcoming. We loved the fireplace on cool mornings. The large kitchen (which seems new) was easy to work in, plus the home is not far from the grocery store for supplies. The beds were very nice with nice comforters. Very nice home.

Loved the place the location was so close to the village and SHARK it made walking with kids really easy. Clean and comfortable with everything we needed. One note for the owner: the ceiling fan in the living room is loose and was wobbling when we turned it on.

Your location tucked in between Sunriver and the SHARC is outstanding. A short walk or bike ride away from Fort Rock park and all of Sun River is yours to access. The home included a number of bikes which was a nice surprise and the access to Netflix, Amazon Prime and HBO made the evenings fun. We will definitely try to stay at 3 Killdeer again. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

This place was amazing, clean, and well stocked. Everything from games and bikes for the family to comfy beds and a complete kitchen (coffee maker, blender, you name it was there). And the hot tub was so nice after days of riding bikes and hiking. The location was on-point. Easy to get to everything by biking or walking- in fact we only used our car once the entire week we were there!

The only challenges that we had was the carpet when you first step into the living room.It was frayed or pulled away from the carpet tack strip and a nail was sticking up. Also, the master shower needs a bar to keep a person from falling. I used shower gel and the shower was very slick.

The place we usually stay was booked and I wasn't sure I'd be able to find something that would work for us. I was super excited when I found 3 Killdeer! It has everything we needed - hot tub, bikes, full kitchen, washer & dryer, plenty of beds for everyone, and was in a great location! It was a short walk or bike ride to both the Village and to SHARC. The home has 6 SHARC passes for use, which is invaluable on a summer day. There was a problem with some inoperable outlets in the kitchen, but we made do. It was easy to let Arrived know about that maintenance issue with a text. My one complaint is that the tea that was in the cupboard was decaf. Who drinks decaf Lipton? I also have some suggestions - 1. have an "I forgot" basket that includes toothpaste, a razor, a comb, and some feminine hygiene products; 2. make sure there are fresh batteries in the flashlight and let guests know where it is so they don't have to open every drawer; and 3. leave the porch light on in case guests arrive in the dark. So, I give this home 4 stars and would definitely stay there again!

Great house and location!

We took our daughter and a few of her girlfriends here for her 16th birthday. We had a great time! We arrived a little after dinner time and the neighbors were well into there 'Dirty Thirty' birthday party which they made us well aware of as our girls were trying to enjoy a nice night in the hot tub. Can't choose your neighbors! The house was wonderful. Amenities were plentiful and in good working order (I do suggest having those knives sharpened though). All in all, we had a great time and when we come back to Sunriver, we will look this way!

Home away from home! It's all about the details!

What a great place to vacation! Minutes walk from Sunriver Village and the SHARC aquatic center, but far enough away that you don't hear the traffic. The house was very cozy and relaxing; the kitchen was stocked with all the amenities you needed and even had the essentials spices you needed just in case (even Lawry's Seasoning Salt ... bonus!). Hot tub... check! Wifi (for the kids, LOL)... check! Fresh coffee beans and grinder... check/check! Bicycles to get around with... check! And tons of board games. We tried Headband with hours of crazy hilarious fun. Love the place! We've already shared with family and friends how much we enjoyed ourselves at 3 Killdeer Lane in Sunriver, and trying to figure out how to get back ASAP. Thanks for the memories!

Location, Location, Location

This home was perfect for our family. With 4 young children, we need a house close to all of Sunriver's activities and a good sleeping situation. This house provided both. The bunk room was great for all the kids providing plenty of beds for them to fit comfortably. The best part of this home is its location. You are walking distance to both the Village and the Sharc which made for more than manageable bike rides for all of our kids. The bikes were in great shape and it was awesome to have the tag-along bike for our 5 year old who is just learning to ride. We did have to rent a baby seat for our two year old but we did not expect the house to have this so that was not an issue. The house doesn't have AC but to our surprise there was a window AC unit in the main living area. Combine this with all the large fans provided, we were able to keep the home cool in 100 degree weather. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent!!! Absolutely excellent. It was great for our marathon runner and our young grandchildren. We plan on being back; hopefully, for the marathon.

This home was perfect for our family. We have 4 young kids and the bunk room was perfect for all of them. The best part of this home is the location. Sunriver getaway!

We stayed in this Sunriver gem for several days with our toddler and three close friends. There was ample room, and all the beds, linens, and furnishings were comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed cooking in the well-appointed kitchen and dining both inside and outside. This house was well located within easy walking distance to the aquatic center and the village, where we ate a fabulous dinner at Sunriver Brewing Co. We put our toddler in the stroller and ventured out for a great run along the Sunriver trail system, and we stopped at a couple excellent playgrounds along the way. This house is relaxing and homey, with all the equipment you could want to enjoy a wide range of activities! We'll definitely stay here again.

The home is well laid out, is in a central location so should you choose, you can walk to the Resort, the Restaurants and shops in the Shopping Center, and to the Community Rec Center. Great for biking too, and the bikes are furnished. The manager, Jennifer from Sunriver Pines Vacation Homes is very responsive and easy to talk to. Answers inquiries virtually immediately. The History of SunRiver is very interesting, and there are many, many great sights and things to see and/or do within a short drive.

My family and I truly enjoyed out stay at your house. The fireplace and hot tub were are favorite parts! The house was extremely clean and well kept. The passes to SHARC are a great addition as well - my kids loved the pool! Having two bathrooms is also wonderful when you have children!
