This was a lovely, well appointed condo/cabin in Sun River. Location really can't be beat, tons of bikes for all sizes (I love the yellow Cruiser- thx!). Hope to return next summer with a couple of friends, quite a bit of space and all around a great stay.

Our August 2025 stay was great. We left looking forward to staying at 2 Landrise again. It was in a great location for the family to bike to the Shark or the village. The house slept our family of 6 perfectly.

We enjoyed the size of the cabin, the back deck and the wooded, spacious outdoor setting. The ample bikes and SHARC passes were wonderful as we used the bikes daily and were able to use the sharc passes for the boat launch parking area and the pickleball courts. The cabin was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Great place, great location, very bright on the inside. Comfortable beds, lots of room, hot tub, and SHARC passes. Just a couple of housekeeping notes. We had no availability of basic household cleaning items like Windex or other multipurpose cleaning products to help with wiping down counters or cleaning stove top. We were also short on toilet paper for a week stay with 4 guests and no trash can liners. We called and got can liners and TP so that was good. The gas fireplace wall switch wasn't working correctly. We did figure out how to manually turn on and off the fireplace. The hot tub was great, but floating chemical bromine dispenser didn't have enough tablets and no extras could be found. After a few days the water became very cloudy. All in all, we had a great time. Lots of bikes were available and got lots of exercise. We will definitely return again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Amenities were better than we've ever had at previous rentals. Loved the fact that paper products, soaps, Xbox, plenty of towels and cookware, laundry on site with laundry products, SHARC passes, bicycles, hot tub were provided. Nothing to complain about. Very happy!

We were very pleased with everything in the house. The appliances, linens, and decoration were all very nice and high quality. The one part I didn't expect to love so much was the wood burning fireplace. It was easy to collect wood from the side of the house and start the fire. The bedrooms did get very warm so we learned to watch the thermostat in the early evening but there was a sign warning us about that. We've been coming to Sunriver for several years and this may be my favorite home!

Very cozy home and thought of most everything. So enjoyable sitting by the fire in the morning and watching the deer come in to feed. The bike riding was great fun as well. We have plans to do this annually with kids and grandkids. We will be back!

We loved this home. Beds were cozy and warm with the memory foam toppers. Loved the walk-in showers and tall bathroom counters! We loved the fireplace! As hard as we tried we couldn't keep it from smoking up the house. All of our things smelled like campfire. The hot tub worked perfectly. If you want to use the foosball table, take your own balls, we couldn't find any in the garage. The kitchen is pretty well equipped, we cooked every day. It was a beautiful snowy weekend!

We really loved this home and it's location. The beds were SO comfortable!! Loved that our kids had the upstairs to themselves too. They loved the loft! We enjoyed the hot tub and playing games on the deck. The showers are huge and we never ran out if hot water. And we noticed that the floors are heated in the morning!! So cool! We had a couple minor issues, like the deck and patio furniture needed to be hosed off and scrubbed clean so we could use it. Not a big deal, it's outside in the elements so we get it. The other issues were with some of the bikes. One had a flat tire, which we replaced, another had loose handlebars so we took it to the rental shop to have it tightened. Another was missing one of the handlebar grips which just made it uncomfortable to ride. Not big enough deals to call about. It was easier to take care of it ourselves. Those were the only reasons I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. The house fit our needs perfectly and we would definitely rent it again. It was very warm and inviting. Thank you!

We go every year and comfortably fit two families (7kids in total) here. There's room for everyone! Bikes are in great condition, lots of accommodations for
the kids (wii, board games, lawn games, foose ball, pack n play, high chair, etc) plenty of room at their new bigger table for the family and the kids love the bar. It's also super helpful to have the loft so the kids can be in one space and the adults can be in another. Great deck with 2 tables is nice too. I also love that there's solid WiFi.

Love this place, we stay here every year multiple times. Great amenities, fully equipped kitchen, bikes for every member of the fam. Best part is it comes with passes to the shark (the water park in walking/biking distance) for my kiddos. Then the hot tub back at home for the adults. Love it!

We love this house! We have made it a family tradition to go each year and it is the perfect spot for two families and all the cousins! Close in to the SHARC and the village, great bikes, very comfortable beds, amenities for babies, great living areas where we can all spread out. We've been for several years in a row now and it seems to be continually updated and well kept. The few times we have had a problem the property managers were quick to handle it, so that was nice. I'd highly recommend this property to couples on a getaway or families.

2 Landrise worked well for our two family vacation. 2 beds down and 2 beds up was good separation. The home is clean, with a well outfitted kitchen, ample dishes, pans and cutlery, updated baths, lots of towels and a large wrap around deck for outside relaxing. The large eating bar at the kitchen plus six chairs at the table would accommodate a larger party. It is located on a quiet cul de sac. The bike path is a short distance from the house. With preschoolers on bikes we did have to travel a short piece on the road to access the path. We only needed three bedrooms so we would probably book a smaller home next trip, but we enjoyed our stay here.

The house was the perfect size for us and we really appreciated having our dogs be with us. The location was great just being a 10-minute drive to the Village. The hot tub was very welcomed after a day of skiing. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed many family meals at the house. Thank you!

The house was well equipped with all we needed and the Pool Table was a bonus for us all. Jennifer was extremely friendly and helpful and was able to arrange this for us the day before. If we plan another trip we would prefer to stay at this house again. Extremely clean and the re-modeling was a bonus in the kitchen and bathroom! Many thanks once again for offering us this rental.

We had 4 couples staying here for the Pacific Crest weekend. There was plenty of room for us and all our gear. Garage was a great place to be able to store all the bikes! Hot tub was plenty big for all of us to get in to relieve our sore muscles. Bathrooms were GORGEOUS! we had a lot of fun with the pool table and dart board. We were just sad the weather didn't cooperate so we could use kayaks and such to float the river.Thank you for such a great time!

When we were there the Foosball table was in the garage & the loft had two futons & a new TV & wii , that was ideal for the kids. Being just a 3 min bike ride to the SHARC & 9 min ride to the Village was the best part for us & our 4 kids. My family, my brother's family, my parents and an extra niece all came for some down time after the holidays. What a wonderful way for all of the cousins to play and have fun together! Everything was well maintained and when we got stuck due to ice on the pass, we were able to arrange an extra night's stay with one phone call. The well appointed kitchen had everything we needed, including a high chair for the baby; and with all of those wet clothes from playing in the snow I was glad to have a dryer available. This is the perfect getaway for our extended family. I can't wait to go play again in the Summer. ~Christina

Previously I stayed here with my extended family but this time I came with coworkers and we were not disappointed. We had a conference to attend in near-by Redmond and this was the perfect place to come back to each night. There was plenty of space, everything we could want in a kitchen and the hot tub is new! There was even a slow cooker in the kitchen, which I didn't expect. Sometimes vacation rentals are just full of hand-me-downs but this place is decorated beautifully and feels light and homey. This was the prefect place for our work trip/ ladies getaway!

Well appointed home in Sunriver that's comfortable for a larger group. The kitchen has more than enough dishes and cookware that are of good quality, and there are extras like a crock pot and some basic spices and other supplies. The bathrooms are gorgeous, the linens are nice and all the rooms are decorated lovely. There are also a lot of bonus features like games, cards, movies, the SHARC passes, bicycles, foosball and a gaming system on a second TV. The ONLY downside is the fireplace - it's cool looking but because of it's design it lets lots of smoke into the house. Overall though, a great house especially if you have kids (of all ages). We'll be back!

This was a beautiful home and accommodated our family of 10 perfectly. Overall the house was clean when we first arrived except for one of the bathrooms. There were plenty of towels, pillows, blankets, dishes and hot water for everyone. Awesome to have SHARC passses included with our rental.

My family and I stayed for spring break weekend. The house is beautiful and spacious. We all loved the pool table and board games along with the hot tub. We were a short drive to the village where the kids enjoyed ice skating one evening and then a train ride the next afternoon after we rode the bikes we rented to the village. We enjoyed walked to the lake and then by the river. We look forward to coming back in the summer when the aquatic center is open!! Oh yeah and the heated floors in the main bathroom were amazing so were the showers. I dont know if we will ever find nicer showers!!!

Our family of 10 was very comfortable. Our only complaint would be that there are only 8 sharc passes, so on any given day 2 people were left out (though, according to the information sheet in the house, there should be 2 passes per bedroom, plus 2 more. It is a 4 bedroom house, so it seems like 10 passes should be available.) . The house was very clean. Jennifer is very helpful. When one of the bikes was in need of repair, it was fixed within an hour, and an additional bike was dropped off. We loved our week at Sunriver!

Previously I stayed here with my extended family but this time I came with coworkers and we were not disappointed. We had a conference to attend in near-by Redmond and this was the perfect place to come back to each night. There was plenty of space, everything we could want in a kitchen and the hot tub is new! There was even a slow cooker in the kitchen, which I didn't expect.
Sometimes vacation rentals are just full of hand-me-downs but this place is decorated beautifully and feels light and homey.

I have rented several Sunriver homes and this one was one of the best. Very clean, nice spacious rooms (as advertised) and well stocked with cooking supplies. One slight drawback is the fireplace. Its location makes it a little difficult to see the big-screen TV from the kitchen area. The weather necessitated spending a lot more time inside the house than desired. As was mentioned in the guest book, most of the provided puzzles are missing pieces and should be replaced. Overall, a nice house that I would rent again and would recommend.

Over the past 20+ years, we have rented various homes in Sun River, but without pets. This time we needed a place that accepted pets, and we were concerned about staying at a home that allowed pets. This home was every bit as clean, fresh and well kept as any non-pet friendly home we had occupied in the past. It far exceeded our expectations, provided excellent value and will be first on our list for next year. Really a super place and I cannot overemphasize the price/value that this home offers.

Well appointed home in Sunriver that's comfortable for a larger group. The kitchen has more than enough dishes and cookware that are of good quality, and there are extras like a crockpot and some basic spices and other supplies. The bathrooms are gorgeous, the linens are nice and all the rooms are decorated lovely. There are also a lot of bonus features like games, cards, movies, the SHARC passes, bicycles, foosball and a gaming system on a second TV. The ONLY downside is the fireplace - it's cool looking but because of it's design it lets lots of smoke into the house. That wouldn't have been a big deal but with an asthmatic in our group it turned into a real problem and we almost had to leave. Overall though, a great house especially if you have kids (of all ages). We'll be back!

The house was very clean upon arrival and allowed us plenty of space for our family of 5. There were many extras available to us; even including a crock pot! I would definitely recommend this rental.

This was a beautiful home and accommodated our family of 10 perfectly. Overall the house was clean when we first arrived except for one of the bathrooms. There were plenty of towels, pillows, blankets, dishes and hot water for everyone. Awesome to have SHARC passes included with our rental.

This was a first time stay for our family, and we loved it! The home felt very warm and inviting to all of us. The kitchen amenities made cooking meals easy, as we didn't need to bring anything other than food. The showers are amazing! We will be back.

House was great, had all newer upgrades done looks like recently. House has everything you need, to cook, watch TV, play games on game console, hot tub, bicycling. House is well arranged with furniture and decorations felt very cozy, living room has wood burning fireplace. Will defiantly stay at this house again…

We enjoyed our stay this fall just as we did last year at this time. Sunriver can be very busy during the summer months, but it really calms down after school starts. Landrise 2 is a restful place to be if you are looking for a quiet getaway.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay. The house is well equipped and updated. It has a great lay out for 2 families to share the space. We particularly enjoyed the use of the hot tub and bikes/trailer. We were able to do several bike rides with two small children in tow. The use of SHARC passes was a favorite for the kids. The only thing we didn't like was that our key code to the door expired before our check out time. Otherwise, a great stay was had by all.

This home was simply wonderful! Spacious and cozy. Short bike ride to everything. The hot tub was relaxing and the showers were huge and wonderful. The home is well stocked and nicely decorated. It made me want to live there! The beds are a little uncomfortable at first, but that's to be expected when not sleeping in your own. We will be staying again and are already planning our next trip! Thank you for your kindness in all communications!

We had such a great time staying in 2 Landrise. This house is very well equipped and everything is in good shape. The listing mentioned that there were five bikes in the garage but there were actually eight. There were many games to play and the hot tub was a highlight. There were quite a few things that we brought along that we wouldn't have needed to such as a pack and play for our baby. There was one in the closet. The bathrooms were beautiful. We had so much fun riding the bikes on the many bike trails and spending time in the hot tub in the evenings and mornings. We were a little bummed to find out that they close the tubing hill now for the summer which the kids were excited to try out. Jennifer with Sunriver Pines was extremely friendly and helpful! She was quick to answer any questions or concerns that we had. Thank you Jennifer! I would recommend this house to anybody and really hope that we can make it work to come back again in the future.
