The best compliment I can give this place is that we would all definitely stay here again. Out of all the choices, you would be hard pressed to find a cleaner, more accommodating, house near the village and pool. I mean every room got there own full shower; that helps a ton after a float down the river on a raft. The house was well laid out for our board game nights. And our big meals for 12 people every day. I 100% recommend renting bicycles to explore the city. My only complaint is that we have to leave and go back to our lives without this house to come home to. Do yourself a favor and book this house early.

We all fit so comfortable here. Everyone had space, and yet we all felt together all the time. Family games, great football times, and lots of laughs. We were happy here! The home is quiet, close to the village and the SHARC. We will reserve this place again! Highly recommend 1 Colonial, Sunriver.

We had an amazing time at this lovely house! 4 bedrooms and 5 baths were perfect for our crew. Open living and spacious kitchen. The fireplace made everything extra cozy! Lots of space to chill and play games. Kids loved the sky bridge! Hot tub was great, space to set your coffee while you soak. Lots of cable channels to suit different tastes. Bikes and sleds and anything you might need available in the garage. We really appreciated and enjoyed the SHARC passes. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back!! Thank you!!

Awesome home and great for our party of 12! Loved the house, location, layout and great stocked kitchen! My only strong recommendation is to put a sectional in the living room for additional seating, the house sleeps so many but there's only seating for 6. Won't keep us from coming back though!

We have rented this home for 4 consecutive years now and there are many reasons we keep coming back. The home is well maintained and well equipped. The location could not be better - close to the bike path, SHARC and the village. The living area/kitchen comfortable accommodates our large group (three families with kids). Finally, Arrived has been super responsive to anything we have needed. Can't recommend enough!!

What a very nice home in a very nice area, the area was beautiful and had some very nice shopping very close to the home.
We especially enjoyed the fireplace.
We also liked that every bedroom had its own bathroom.
It's was great for our family get together.
We would stay here again.

WE loved the home and roominess to feed all our family./ Kitchen was well stocked and had what we needed, esp. nice to have a few extra condiments and things in cupboard: oil, soy sauce, salt and pepper , etc. We would love to stay there again. One bathroom to the immediate right when you walk in front door needed plunging twice, otherwise everything was good. Thank you.

This house is so perfect for my group. Love love loved it. It absolutely has everything - for real, for cooking. One and only thing lacking for this bunch of coffee drinkers is coffee mugs. Very few.Everything else is absolutely perfect. Will definitely reserve again.
Internet router cover was broken. Chair was holding it on. When we moved the chair it fell off. We did a temporary fix but needs fixed. Left a note. Thanks again for a beautiful house.

We have rented this cabin for three years in a row and plan to come back again next year. The cabin is great for large/multiple families and we love it's location - a five minute walk to the village, a ten minute walk to SHARC. The house is well equipped and taken care of. Can't recommend it enough.

Excellent location. Perfect for large family vacations. Tons of bedrooms and bathrooms, plus plenty of bunk beds for all the kids. Perfect place for my 80 year-old mother since one of the bathrooms was ADA accessible. Pretty much anything you would need is there. Just pack your clothes and be ready for fun.

If you are looking for luxury and plenty of space, this is the house! The 6 full bathrooms is an amenity that anyone would love to use. The outside back deck was spacious and private. The kitchen was fully equipped and easy for 5 people to move around. There were plenty of pick up and go cruiser bikes for us to enjoy a quick and easy ride to the Sharc as well as Holas!
The 4 teenagers had the upstairs for games, sleeping and again each their own bathrooms. We would for sure rent this place again, it even has Air Conditioning. Thanks for opening your home to us!

Great space for larger groups, amazing kitchen, awesome bedroom lay out, the one negative is that the beds, although amazing that there are 4 king sized beds, they are really thin and hard, not super comfortable. BUT that was not a huge deal, it's a great house and we had a wonderful time.

We have stayed at numerous houses in Sunriver and this one is at the top of everyones list. At least once a year we have a large group travel from Eugene, OR to Sunriver, this house was perfect. Each family had a separate space and the main living spaces were very large and open. We loved that each room had it's own bathroom. Kitchen was very well stocked. We made use of the SHARC passes a couple days and loved it. My 3 year old son can't stop talking about how he wants to go back. Highly recommend and plan to go back soon.

We had 8 adults and 7 young kids staying at this home and it was fabulous. The location was superb. The house itself was large, well laid out and really clean! Everything worked. I can't recommend this house enough. We are a rather picky bunch and each person commented on how clean it was. Perfect! We'll be back.

The house was perfect for our family reunion. We had 3 couples and 5 little kids aged 1 to 8 and we could have comfortably fit a few more people. There are four bedrooms with attached baths, so all the grown-ups felt like they got their own space. The kids loved the bunk room. The bedrooms are removed from the main living area with decently thick walls, we didn't have any problem with naps being interrupted by kids past napping age. The house is beautiful, new, large, and very clean. The living area is a nice big room, so the the people doing the cooking feel like they are part of everything. The hot tub was great for kids and adults.The location is perfect, it's a 5 minute walk to SHARC or the village (10 minutes with little kids). We are already planning our next trip and I would stay in this house again in a heartbeat, it's wonderful.

Loved this house! Enough of room for everyone, comfortable beds, and plenty of bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked, large fridge, and room to move about. We enjoyed the bikes, taking a long loop on the river trail and exploring the Nature Center. We had great weather so we walked to the Village, the library, SHARC, and the lodge. Peaceful and quiet area. The gas fireplace was a bonus on the cool evenings. The owner was lightning quick to answer questions before our weekend and payment was incredibly simple. We hope to return!

This is a very clean, comfortable, well-outfitted house, that was perfect for our 5 adults and 5 kids. The location was very central but quiet. The owner was very helpful when we had a TV issue, and she got us help right away. The hooks in the hallway were much appreciated for hanging wet ski gear. My only suggestion to make it better would be to add some floor/reading lamps to the living room; it is very dark in there at night and not conducive to sitting around together to do anything other than watch TV. We would definitely book this house again, and I would recommend it to other large parties.

We came with two other families and loved it. Everyone had their privacy but the house is also very open for when your gathered together. Loved the bikes and trails! House was stocked with everything needed to do cooking, laundry etc... The fireplace added to the coziness even for such a large home. Made good use of the sharc passes although it was way to cold to enjoy the outdoor pool area...brrrr!! When we discovered a bike missing upon arrival, Jennifer at Sunriver pines had one delivered so that we all had one. Very helpful and easy to get in touch with. The house was very clean and well furnished it is also smack in the middle of everything, we would stay here again!

Terrific house: clean, comfortable, well-outfitted, centrally located, owner very nice to work with. Lots of space to spread out. Lots of hooks to hang wet ski gear. Loved the ensuite bathrooms. Would suggest a reading/floor lamp or two in the living room. We will definitely book again and would recommend the house to other large parties. We have rented several large homes, and this one tops the list.
