Rating: 4.5/5 This house is perfectly located for a quick ride to the village and SHARC. It comes with bikes, which is a plus. No kid bikes though so bring those along if you need them. The hot tub and bbq were great to have . The house has a good amount of storage, but it?s worth noting that multiple cupboards and closets are locked for owner only usage. If you?re staying for an extended amount of time, this might make things difficult. No A/C and unfortunately our stay was during a very smoky week.

We travelled to Sunriver for a ski race so we had a group of kids. The house is a funky layout but it worked for our large group. The location is convenient and close to the main village. We had a nice stay!

The place you stay can make or break a vacation, and in this case, it totally made it magical!! The kids had a ball in the game room having pool tournaments daily. I spent a lot of time in the sauna getting the Mom relaxation that I needed. The property itself has a very unique cabin vibe that the kids felt made the trip special.

Anything you need is right around the corner. Arrived is responsive and friendly; easy check in and out. Probably not a place if you need privacy but it was just fine for us.

Wonderful stay in Sunriver, a warm and comfy home. Only caveat is that to get to the master bedroom you had to walk through the kids room with the bunk beds and another bedroom, so make sure everyone is ok with that! It would be nice to have a few spices and staples. We had a blast with the bunk beds and all the stuffed bears! Cooking was easy, plenty of utensils and pots and pans. We enjoyed the bikes and the warm fireplace!

We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. It was a great place to stay with teenagers. The game room was a big hit. The loft and bunk beds were plenty big enough for older kids. The sauna and hot tub were enjoyed by everyone. There was enough space for 4 adults and 4 teenagers to have a great time together, but also spread out and have some quiet time too.

Check-in and out at the Arrived office was a piece of cake. The rental was fun with an over-the-top rustic bear theme. The Christmas decorations were a very much appreciated added touch since we stayed for the week of Christmas. The layout of the bedrooms in the home is a little odd. You pass through one bedroom to get to the next.

The house has a lot of stairs and interesting configuration. There is almost a separate apartment attached for lots of privacy for 2 families. Kids will love this house! The only thing we were dissatisfied with was the hot tub did not work. After a long day of skiing we were looking forward to using it. Great location though.

Our family had an amazing time over Christmas! There was so much space. The whole family enjoyed playing in the game room, hanging out by the fire in the living room and playing with all the stuffed bears all over the house. And the adults got to enjoy the hot tub and sauna after the kids were in bed. All in all it was a great rental!

We were there with our grandkids. They loved the bunk beds & the loft. With three TV's & space to spread out, they could have alone time too. However, if stairs are a problem for you, this is not your ideal house.

We almost had to cancel our reservation due to heavy snow...but we managed to drive in and had a fantastic stay. The property management company was a pleasure to work with. Hopefully we can return in the summer and utilize those SHARC passes.

Cozy house great playroom We had a great time in Sunriver. The house is super cute, has everything we needed and close to the village. Our kids loved the playroom and spent so much using the pool table. Our issue is how the rooms are set up. You need to go through rooms to get to other rooms, so it's best to stay at this house with friends/family members you feel super comfortable with, as we did. Would defiantly stay here again.

We celebrated my daughter's 11th birthday there. The preteens and toddlers loved all of the games and stuffed animals. Plenty of space for the kiddies to "hide and seek." Only heads up I would give is there is not much privacy in the rooms just because of the floor plan. You have to go through a bedroom in order to get to another bedroom. I did find the sauna to be a nice place to hide out from the chaos of the kids. Everything was clean and the kitchen well equipped.

Everything was clean and the kitchen had all the things we needed to cook. They were quite responsive with the few small things we needed help with. This is a unique home with all the amenities for a great Sunriver experience. The home is unique and was great for our group. It was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. The game room was a bonus. The home had a cozy atmosphere and the bear decor was a fun touch. The home has a lovely patio and large hot tub. The neighborhood was quiet and the walking paths are close by.

I am unsure who designed this house and why they chose the layout. It is broken into many levels with rooms that go into other rooms. It has a sauna and hot tub, pool table and games. It was perfect for our large family with seven 20-somethings. They nested in different rooms, played games at the tables and garage-turned- Game room, and explored all that Sunriver has to offer. Weird, but clean, great location as well.

This was my first BIG vacation taking my 3 kids solo and let me tell you.. WE HAD A GREAT TIME. This type of vacation in this type of home is SO FUN for a family! Especially if they like riding bikes! The house was beautiful. I snuck outside every morning to have coffee on the deck while the kids slept. We rode bikes to the SHARC no problem! Mostly downhill on the way and then when heading back, mostly uphill. So much fun!

Good location- walkable to SHARC. Modern features and nice details. Reasonable priced. Little privacy as all rooms are connected in long hallway. Yes there are doors but have to walk through other people's bedroom to get to main living area. Hallway of bedrooms starts with the two "lofts", bathroom with doors to loft and first bedroom.

Best rustic charm of any sunriver home we have ever stayed in and our kids loved it's uniqueness too and made much use of all the things there geared towards kids. That was a real plus. Arrived was awesome to work with as well - kept things extremely simple. Highly recommended!

Phenomenal and beautiful setting! We stayed at Sunriver for a week for our ski trip. Even though its about 20 miles from Mt Bachelor it wasnt a problem. Getting to the mountain is easy and pretty quick. Property itself is multi level labyrinth which we loved. Super clean and well taken care of. Jacuzzi and pool table are definitely a plus. We had problem with jacuzzi but it was taken care of within two hours. There are plenty utensils in the kitchen

We are summer rental people and have for many years used Arrived. We are "southern" Sunriver rentals, but this time needed more space, so we gave the north village a try. We may never go south again! Great house! It doesn't have air conditioning, but even though it was in the 90's - trees kept the house cool and we just used the fans (very generously spread throughout the house) a couple of times. The place is very well maintained - nothing else needed! We would recommend to anyone!

Our second year to stay with Arrived and we enjoyed it...even in the heat! Supplied with fans, in the evening we opened windows and by 11 am the next day we closed everything up. The rest of the day anytime anyone entered the home, they would ask if we had to air-condition! It was awesome! Not only a beautiful place but a well-insulated one.

We really enjoyed this property and were already thinking about when to book another trip here. It was nice and cozy. We found the sauna towards the end of our trip which was a fun find. The separate living areas was perfect for us. We cooked some meals here and ate out a little and the house had plenty of dishes and great pans. It was a nice weekend getaway.
